We got our start in Billings carpentry shops—framing home additions, hanging doors, and building custom cabinetry. After enough winters watching -20°F winds howl across Yellowstone County, we saw firsthand what happens to cheap, flat-packed sauna kits ordered off the internet. Their thin half-inch walls leak heat, the doors warp out of square after the first snowmelt, and the undersized heaters struggle to break 150°F when there's frost on the ground.
We started building saunas because Montana homeowners deserve something built like a real structure, not a disposable novelty. Every outdoor barrel, insulated cabin, and indoor hot room we build uses thick, kiln-dried Grade-A Western Red Cedar. On our barrels, we mill deep ball-and-socket staves cinched down with marine-grade stainless steel bands. On our cabins and indoor builds, we frame proper stud walls packed with Rockwool insulation and taped aluminum foil vapor barriers.
When you hire us, you deal directly with the builders doing the work. We walk your yard or basement with you, level the pad, frame the room, and coordinate directly with licensed local electricians so your 240V breaker, venting, and Harvia or HUUM stove are wired up safely and to code.

We source thick, clear and tight-knot Western Red Cedar from Pacific Northwest mills—picked for natural rot resistance and low heat conductivity against bare skin.
Every indoor and cabin wall cavity is sealed with Rockwool mineral insulation and commercial foil vapor lock, with 240V hookups handled alongside licensed electricians.
